To list items on the site is completely free but when a sale has been made, the seller must pay a fee of $0.50 for every item that is sold. Once the bid has been won, the buyer has to transfer the funds for the item via escrow and wait until the item is delivered. And, if the buyer is satisfied with the item, they can then release the funds to the seller.
Products or items must be posted via Zimpost, but for valuable items like mobile phones, tablets, and laptops, the buyer and seller have to come to an agreement on which postal service to use, like DHL or any other courier. However, if valuable items are posted via Zimpost, then it is highly recommended that the buyer and seller use a registered post where tracking of items is available.

Step 1: Go to the platform’s website on www.artienex.com
Step 2: At the top right corner of the site, you will see an avatar. Click on the avatar to bring a drop-down menu showing “Log in” and “Register”
Step 3: Being your first time, click on the “register” icon, which will direct you to the registration page.
Step 4: On the registration page, click on the “I am a customer” symbol and fill in your email address in the space given.
Step 5: After filling in your email address, click on the “register” icon. This will direct you to your dashboard.
From your account dashboard, you can view your recent orders, manage your billing and shipping addresses, and also edit your password and account details.

How to Become a Seller on Artienex

Step 2: At the top right corner of the site, you will see an avatar. Click on the avatar to bring down a drop-down menu showing “Log in” and “Register”
Step 3: Being your first time, click on the “register” icon, which will direct you to the registration page.
Step 4: On the registration page, click on the “I am a seller” symbol after which you will be required to fill in your email address, first name, last name, shop name, shop URL, and phone number.
Step 5: After filling in your email address, click on the “register” icon. This will direct you to your dashboard.
